Your the Best-Saved me a lot of money -- I Was told by Large, well known, service company, that I needed a new system. The Coil was rusted through in the attic, and was leaking water on to my ceiling.
I didn't want to spend over 5,000 dollars at the time.
A friend recommended Mr. Cowan's company for a 2nd opinion. Cowan Air Conditioning, Cleaned the AH COIL and replaced old black pipes with a new white drain line and added Freon- for 450.oo. My air conditioning working GREAT..
